BirdPic Pro was founded in 2021 by an enthusiastic birder from Hong Kong, Arthur, with over 20 years of worldwide birding experience. Arthur started it with the belief that birding can be more interesting with a simplified bird-finding process.  

 

Arthur found that difficulty in finding the precise location of bird habitats is a common problem experienced by many birders, professionals or novices. Information on the Internet is not often up-to-date, especially when there are seasonal movements of birds. Always being one step behind has made birding activity of endless waiting and frequent disappointment, jeopardizing the enthusiasm of many beginners.
